Found in Carlton, an inner city suburb in Melbourne, Australia.

This is commercially viable, ecologically healthy, low energy, resource efficient office building with a Green Lease.

Green Lease. What’s that? A lease agreement whereby tenants are required to operate efficiently within their space and to maximise the environmental benefits of the building! It’s for real!
